All appointments and classes are subject to a 24-hour cancellation charge. Clients will be charged for the full session for a late cancellation. Clients have a grace period of 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time before a private session is cancelled and charged in full. All purchases from Brooklyn Bends are non-refundable.
